Baby Boogie
What is it about?
Class aimed at new parents, jam out to hits old and new with your baby safely tucked in their carrier, intended for 3-12 month olds. (older kids are welcome and can join in or do a quiet activity in the room with us)
Please bring a baby carrier, a mat or small bouncer for your little one. Baby Boogie is going to include some time out of the carriers too while we build some strength. Created especially for mums, BB is about rebuilding strength, posture, and core connection during the post-natal stage. Combining some gentle barre exercises, and floorwork with the fun of a dancefloor boogie, the class supports both body and mind while allowing your baby (and kids!) to be right there with you. Itβs a chance to restore strength with body conditioning and share the joy of dance as a new parent.
